SUKAZYM IW-011 is a microbial-based product with a highly concentrated blend of non-pathogenic, aerobic and facultative, autotrophic beneficial organisms and various enzyme-producing microbes which can exponentially increase in numbers and efficiently and quickly degrade various carbohydrates and organic substances present in wastewater from industrial sources under aerobic as well as anaerobic conditions. Aerobic and facultative microbes in the SUKAZYM IW-011 with specific degradation capabilities are able to grow and degrade organic substances in the aerobic and anaerobic conditions in industrial wastewater systems. The digestion process begins with the microbial hydrolysis of the materials such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats into sugars, amino acids and fatty acids for use of other bacteria. Hydrolysis can be performed by both aerobic and facultative microbes. Their survival and proliferation are enhanced by the addition of digestive enzymes that convert part of the complex organic matter into simpler substance for instant use by the bacterial cultures. The organic matter in the sludge is reduced and the degraded products are then released into the water and these are further decomposed by other microbial processes. Clarity of wastewater from various industry is achieved by the continuous degradation of suspended cellulosic materials by the exchange and joint microbial activity of the enzymes and microbes.
